Lately, my knee has been tight and swelling some. I thought it was regular pain related but with this swelling.... no this is something else.
Darn, where is my free pass that exempts me from the other stuff that happens?
I thought what I had was quite enough.
I know.
Add to that the idiots who share some "simple" cure that "worked for them" magically and it really can get one down in the dumps.

New pain is NOT WELCOME! We've had enough!
GO AWAY! It's our holiday!!! Leave it alone!
Headaches? were are you coming from.
odd pains in the toes. Is it possible to have more or different pain in the cold weather from the warm weather???

The good news is these minor setbacks go away. Yes, you'll always have chronic pain, but these acute things have limited time. Then it's back to same old, same old.
(I have a toothache right now so I really do get it! :)

NJ: I had a toothache/ jaw pain for 2 weeks. I was surprised how much it put a wrench in the machine of my life. I almost went to the emergency room it was so bad. I can deal with my normal pain, but for some reason I've had a few things hurt the past few weeks that just broke me down.
Hope you knee feels a bit better..... n your flare is somewhat settling....
Gentle ((((Hugs)))) xo
