I feel very sorry for what the soldiers have to go through.

I wish I could send apologies to the Iraqi civilians and the children who dont have parents because of our decision to invade their country.

the post for overseaes has pasted where i live i really wish i knew about this earlier my colusin who's 21 is also out fighting. they were gloing to bring them home on the 12 for early christmas now we have to wait till the 27.
i love making my own cards and have just finished 200 for church to sell...

God bless you for thinking of our men and women in uniform. They are everywhere fighting for there lifes and for our safety here at home. They don't even have the choice to say I don't feel good I'm in pain sorry send someone else.

as a disabled vet myself, it is nice to know that there are people who appreciate and respect those of us who have and continue to serve our country. I would like to invite all of ya;ll to write the president or your local congressman on the lack of care we recceive once we come home. It is a another war just to get any of our benefits!! It really is said what some of us have to go through. I am thankful i am not one of the homeless ones although i did loose my home i have another rental home to live in. You wait and wait for the benefits you are intitled to which some times takes years just to find out you have to appeal something etc. etc. Your heart is in the right place and may all of you have a wonderful christmas hopefully with your loved ones serving now.!

My neighbor is a Vet, and I know how much Vets suffer after they get here to get ANYTHING. It is a constant fight, but I don't need to tell you that! Thanks for the service and I will write a letter, it is pathetic that after giving your life and service to this Country, your Government can not give you what you deserve. Peace

Our vets, and our elders, deserve greater respect and honor than they receive. I personally still get very angry that our neighbor's son became MIA in Vietnam 1970 appx. I still remember that and his "remains" were finally found and returned in 1982. I've wondered so many times if it is really him or just something the Government did to get his name off the list.

He is still missed a lot. He was such a nice young man.

I am so honored to do what I can to assist our service people as even those who do "survive" and come home, they are never free from the scars in their minds, hearts, and souls. They pay a huge huge price for our freedom.

To all service persons, past & present, I salute you with every cell of my being. JOB GREATLY DONE!
