I slept 5 hours last night which is the most in a long time.
Hurting this morning as usual and go to see my pain doc today and see if she thinks I should have my foot checked our as it seems that a screw is working it's way out and also talk about the nerve ablation in my neck.... thinking about finally getting it done as the 2 nerve blocks worked which means the ablation could last much longer!

I'm on the countdown (5 days) to my vacation and spending 2 weeks with my dad. I can't wait. We're very close and I miss him a lot. I haven't seen him since May. At least I have something to l forward to
On the other hand, I have an appt with a new surgeon today to make plans to replace my pain pump. its running real slow and the last one I had, the battery died and had to wait 2 months to get a new one. Trying to prevent that again. they want me to put the bigger model in. I guess it holds 40 cc's and the one now is 20. It would mean refills every 48 days insread of 24. Less visits to dr. I just want to make sure the device isn't bigger because, I'm very thin in waist and this one protrudes enough. it rolls quite a bit and drives me nuts. I guess I'll never get my six pack (ha ha) not that it keeps me from trying.
JC, Thanks for breakfast, the.coffee is just what I need to warm up. Hope all have as pain free day as possible. pls. don't mind the spelling. Fingers are numb as usual.

JC- it's Wednesday ( I had to think about this for a bit). Days seem to run on when you're not working. Weekends mean nothing except that I can (hopefully) sleep in.
Absolutely nothing planned for today except to fold some laundry. I may even iron a bit- lol. I'm such a dreamer.
Things have calmed down in our house. My son actually apologized for his remarks. He is a good kid, he's just 14 and of course, he knows everything. I thought i did when I was 14. Then I grew up.
Sorry, JC. I don't have the copy/paste thing down yet, so no song from me. Maybe a more computer savvy person can do it.
RJ, I didn't know you were in a car accident. I'm so sorry- you have enough problems without this. I'm saying a prayer for you.
