Foot. problems with pain

Hey everyone i have not been on here in a while i have been really busy. im in the process of moving so i have not been on here much Just wanted to update you all on how i am doing. The last couple of months I have been having problems with my feet I just have been so busy trying to get moved that I thought it was just from being on my feet so much. But now im starting to think its something else. the problem is only with my left foot. my right foot is okay But i will be walking and all at once my left foot starts hurting a sharp pain hit my foot. and then my left foot. goes numb. i end up having to sit down after about 40 mintutes it goes away and then i can walk. I have never had this happen to me before does anyone know what could be causing this

Usually we look to the back which you could have pulled something but before you panick at that thought-youmight check with a foot specialist and have some tests done and then work your way up :)

I have ideas of what it might be but I'm not a Physician and don't want to give you bad advice. I hope you will see your regular doctor and ask him to send you to a Podiatrist. I know 2 people who have foot problems and one thing I can mention is getting a really good pair of shoes. It's amazing how important they are. Let us know what you find out, okay? Hugs GB
