Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
The only things I've founf helpful for foot pain is ice, heat, or topical pain relievers. There is one called active on, which is a roll on solid (like a deodorant stick) and it does help with my arm, hand, and foot pain. Just don't mix a topical with heat or ice. One mthod at a time.
My fingers are crossed that you find answers and relief soon. ((Gentle hugs))
Good luck to you!
Can this be related to your running activities? I had similar problems a long time ago.
Good Luck & Tanks for Sharing!
All I can do is soak foot. Doesn't help a lot.
Trying ice now
Nope you feel better
I also use voltaren gel. It is a prescription.
Hope you find some relief soon.
Hugs & Prayers,
Mary
Walking in the sand and the salt water on vacation helped alot.
Healing hugs, Marci
What I found out by accident was that an orthopedist can do everything a podiatrist does. Plus they look at all of you. You might find that the real source of your problem is in your knees or even hips or back. A podiatrist cannot treat these areas so of course they will tell you that it's not the problem.
Find a great orthopedist and I agree with CC that it is time for more testing.
BTW I find that I have more problems with the ball of my foot when I wear certain shoes. Usually ones with higher heels, but sometimes it is the construction. Any chance it is related to your shoes?
