I have a ramp in my back door for the dogs...it has two door mats on it that I ran screws into the ramp to hold them down. It makes it so the ramp is not slick...I bought the cheapest ones big enough to put on the ramp. I got them from the damaged pile so they discounted them. I do not know how long the ramp is or how many mats it would take to cover the entire ramp. But that is my best suggestion.

It's kind of common sense to put something on the ramp to make it safer or quit using it...
You can get rubber matting at any local home improvement store and all that has to be done is it laid out and tacked/glued down...
