Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
The one on my legs it hurt and I would have loved to do an EMG on this person. I think she took to much pleasure in inflicking pain. It did hurt more than the other one but I did get through.
Talk with the doctor ordering the test and make sure they know your fears.
Sending Hugs & Prayers that everything goes well for you.

I did have allergy test for foods and found I'm allergic to eggs and milk and find if I stay away from these it does make a difference. If I cheat I end up feeling sluggish.
I've had EMGS and I hate needles too! It really depended on the dr performing the test on how much pain came with it. I was told that I couldn't take anti-anxiety meds because they would throw the testing off. I'm not sure about sedating you.
I strongly suggest to you that you talk to your dr before hand about your fears and make it clear as you have on here. Maybe he can come up with something to help.
Best Wishes,
Toni
In reference to the raw diet, I've heard that it is a wonderful diet to follow, but I just like my food cooked, about the only thing that I can eat raw is mini-carrots,Broccoli florets and Peppers, that's it! I do a very healthy diet very low in sugars and fats, but like any human being everyday I go nuts and have my cookies! LOL!
Anyway's, good luck with your test, the foot and welcome to our group!
