Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I used to get cortisone shots in the bottom of my feet a long long time ago and they would feel good for awhile but it would go away, I know they are not permanent but you should get some relief for a period of time. A week is not to long I would get some relief for maybe a month or so depending on how bad they were before hand.
You can go to update photo in your profile, it has been so long I dont know step by step but if you want a avatar that is not on what DS has you have to load it to your computer first
also drink lots water
but on anther hand drs can hit muscles when giving shot except its usually at injection site
besides the home remedies id go back to dr if not feeling better in few days which hoping u are
I did some research and sometimes when they do stuff around or on spine, it can cause this to happen. mine did reslove about 2 weeks after it started.
I would talk with your doctor again, if it doesn't resolve.
aslo mine would get worse the more I did, so maybe rest a bit and see if it helps.
Hope you have a great day! Rhonda
I hope you feel better soon!
I would try to get my GP to get me into a neurologist and see what is wrong asap. I'm not saying this is what happened to you. I have no idea. I'm just saying odd things CAN happen ....or maybe it is a sprain but if you were standing still how could you sprain it?
I'd try to see a doctor about it.
I hope this helps. I hope you get better real soon. And definitely follow up with your dr. asap.
Healing hugs
Hope you feel better
