on Friday my son graduates high school.
I'm old, 35 years old and he's 17 and graduates high school and tafe ready
for uni next year.

that seems to be an odd time of year for high school graduation...but that is so cool....I hope he gets into the school he wants and is not a wash out like so many who go off to college drinking drugging and life of rielly.....but I do not know your son just know my own history! LOL

hey you are not old yet...do not think 35 is old....I am about to turn 55 and feel as young as a kid....really my body doesn't but my heart of love does!

Just think, you'll be a grandma before you know it!

My SIL was a grandma at 42- don't worry, it didn't make her old and it won't make you old either! You'll just be the coolest grandma around.

I"m 52 and my son is only 13. I guess when God knows you're ready for a child, it doesn't matter whether you're older or young.

thank you very much guys.
I made sure he didn't date, wanted a education first,then date.
in Perth year 12 graduates early, as they have exams (sats).
he has done all exams and average mark was 96%, which was great
