Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

The arthritis foundation is a huge organization who are making leaps and bounds, plus you have doctors on your side. You have that darlin, and us. We are here for you and sending you our love and prayers.
Get lots of downtime tonight and know you are loved.
I admire you so much too Cherry, you do much more than I can ever dream of doing. But at some point you are going to have to face the reality that you just can't continue doing the same things. Have you thought about teaching? Instead of doing the work yourself maybe you could supervise. You inspire me to keep trying and I love that about you, but you need to take care of you! I love you dear, Hugs, Cathy
I know how you feel.... I remember my last few years of teaching, when I would just lie down on the floor while the students were at P.E.
You have been through so much lately with what happened to your son and all.
I know all the stress makes us feel worse but having to use the parts of your body that are hurting is beyond imaginable to me anymore.
I wish I could make the pain go away. I will be praying for you.
Hugs.
I don't know how you do it. I had to quit my job. It just became too difficult to work. I don't regret it at all. My life changed for the better.
I hope you find relief soon, one way or another. Sometimes, being brave means surrendering rather than fighting. (just a thought... you know what's best for you).
Take care,
Ama
The guy who rents a room in my house is always venting and swearing at me because I'm handy. Today, though, it was horrible and the anxiety he caused has really sent my pain level off the charts. It was bad when I got up, worse as I worked and by the time I was finished, I was ready to take every med I had.
Then he called from across the street where he was working and started yelling about the neighbor who came over and plans to report him for working on disability. He's mad that I won't lie to the police and say I witnessed whatever it was going on.
He continued the ranting and swearing until I was ready to run from my own home. During the uproar, he said he had to get out of this house, town, state...because everyone is trying to put him in jail!!!
I'd like a new tenant...
Right now, lean on us all you need to. We are here!
I hope today finds it a little easier.
Hugs

I wish I could say that today has started better, but my damned pain and stress haven't shown any sign of easing. As long as I make it through a tough morning of work, I'll have a couple days off to do...well, probably very little.
Holding my breath to see what my tenant will behave like today. I hope his threat to move out was serious. I need to bring back the safe energy that made this my home.
Love,
Cherry
Finally I'd had enough & told me husband I could not take it anymore.
Life is hard enough & you are right, the negative can cause a reaction with our pain levels. We don't need anything else to deal with. You need someone positive & maybe someone who could help out a little. Lets hope this guy moves on.....Out of state sounds good...Maybe you could encourage him to start over some where else far, far away....Best of luck my friend, I'm still trying to get a few hrs in also & its hard. Physically it would be best if I just let go but mentally I think it would bring me down.
God bless sweetie & hang in there. Sammy
You sure don't need that added stress!!!!!!!!
And if he is a roommate for financial reasons........get another one!! Sounds like he has way over stepped his boundaries!!!
So sorry you are going through this!!!!!!!!!
