Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

It is really awful when you keep struggling and following treatement and no one can tell you what the problem is!
From my experience of caring for patients with scar-tissue inducing illnesses, the pain is real and it comes from the scar tissue as well as from surgeries, because during surgeries the nerves get cut.
I guess another question I would ask about this pain is if they ruled out arterial insufficiency to the pelivis. This is a far shot, but if endometriosis invaded the arteries, it may be possible?
If nothing worked for pain, i would probably consider a spinal cord stimulator. Have you ever tried TENS unit on your abdomen or back?
((( hugs))))
Hope you will get some answers!!
Have you thought of a new dr? With new ideas and options? I have known people who unfortantly had to live on mashed potatoes while their dr sent them thru every medical specialist etc till they finally figured out the problem...sadly even though we live in modern meds we still live by trial and error
Also youmight go online and put forth your symptoms etc to drs overseas-they seem to be further along in medicine than US at times.
I know hormone therapy doesn't work with every endo patient but maybe discuss 365 hormone treatment with your doctor? It has worked very well with mine.
I hope they find out if your pain is from endo or something else and find out how to treat it.
(((HUGS))) You will be in my thoughts...I know how painful endometriosis is. I wouldn't wish that pain on anyone. I had 2 natural births and I felt, many months, my endo/adeno pain was worse than childbirth.
