Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...

As Bill is on strike, and no one else is up yet, I will make breakfast.
There are coffee IVs for any who want them. There is a magic button that is going to bring you here, you can stay as long as you like and choose how much time has passed at home when you return.
We are eating on top of a conifer (pine tree) covered mountain. The weather is a blistering 84 degrees today, with a 70% humidity, but here in the tree cover it is what ever temperature makes you feel the best. The trees soar 100 feet above our heads as bald eagles feed their chicks in nest we can just see. A herd of elk is grazing on moss just a few yards away, but will not come too close. We have no snakes or bugs to worry about, so just sit back in your massage chair that will take you down any trail you like.
If you are more adventurous, I have a string of sure footed mules waiting to take you on a peaceful smooth ride through the beautiful countryside. For anyone even more adventurous, there are horses ready to take you for a pain free gallop up and down thin trails, weaving in between the great trees.
For breakfast we have a full spread. We like to go organic up here, so there are organic smoothies of any flavor. Biscuits and sausage gravy, grits, cream of wheat, eggs, bacon, sausage, and anything you want to drink.
No need for sun screen, the tree canopy will keep us shaded all day.
sit back, and enjoy

Can you identify these rom-coms from just a screenshot from the middle of the films? This is a multiple choice quiz so even if you're not entirely sure you can always take a guess and at least have a 25% chance of getting it right anyway, so why not have a go?! https://www.buzzfeed.com/alysaurus688/rom-com-screenshot-trivia-quiz

I'd love some coffee. Then i'll find some shade to sit under and relax.
I wish I could just sneak off and get some more sleep. So tired today, and pain level needs to come down right now would be good,
No doctors today, so that is a nice break. Wishing all a low pain day, with many positive moments.
Hugs-RJ
RJ, good to see you here. Have you recovered from the fall that you took? How's your arrm, or was it your hand? Sorry, sometimes my memory goes on strike! hope your pain levels come down.
My job today is saving our deck garden from the heat. We are going to be extremely hot for the next two weeks. Unusual for us.
Wishing everyone low pain and high energy.
Thanks Vadin for the beautiful view and all the extras you're providing :)
Thanks Yadlim for the spot to relax...I think I will spread a hammock between two of these trees and take a nappy...after eating all the bacon...LOL
I went out with friend whose mom fell broke hip and he said she is scheduled for surgery at 5pm today....she got the plant we sent her....we had lunch at Steak n Shake today...then I took off for car wash to get the seats vacuumed and car washed again....I am getting the most for my money...I pay one flat fee first of month from debit to checking account and they wash car every 24hrs with no charges if I want it that often...this month I have been about 6-9 times I did not keep track....but vacuuming doggie hair was important today....
back to the hammock I go....need a nappy...see you when the trail ride ends....
It was painful, but worth every second. When we were all done, I got off and let my daughter unsaddle my horse. The stable owner, who was the one who hauled us out was nice enough to let us head home and she put the horses away.
All in all it was a 30mg hydrocodone day that will take me a couple days to get over, but so so so worth it.
I have convinced my daughter that the young man she likes at work should be invited to go ride with her before the next weekend haunted campout. (They are both monster actors for the haunted camp out)
I have pain about under control now. Food on my tummy. And it is getting time for an afternoon nap... Bill scoot over!!! I want your hammock... oh look, one just for me!!! time to sleep under the sweet canopy of the trees and just relax...
