I'm hoping that the nicer weather helps. I don't do well with all the heat, sweating and exhaustion. Right now our nights are very nice in the low to mid 60's and the days still too hot, near 90. When we have 70 degree weather I'll enjoy being outside and letting myself become distracted with the change of season, all the new smells and being able to move around without dripping sweat.

I would advise you to relax and not try to put on a false face all the time. Takes a lot of energy to do that. Instead, treat yourself to some of your favorite things, find some joy that you can wrap yourself in.
I also have arthritis and right now it's keeping me miserable 24 hours a day.
