I eat healthy and so eat these foods and watch what I eat and drink.
But I am so mad at those that abuse pain pills. When we need them we should be able to get them. Yes they are hard on the body, but then so is pain.
Abuse is hurting us more then the pain, in a way!
I happen to agree that most pain medications are ultimately bad for your body. Sadly, though, for some of us, myself included,they are the lesser of two evils.
p.s. I told you it felt good to be on the giving side - and look how much more you get back. You're heading in a much better direction.
