A friend used a low dose and feel asleep at work and could not be woken up. Now they put him in rehab. The docs are convinced he is an addict and not in real pain.

Deaths attributed to long acting meds are on the rise. Even in, if not especially in, the cases like ours of those who have been on high meds for a while.
As I said earlier, it is damn hard I'm doing it myself right now. But, if the goal is long term better pain relief, someti es we have to grit our teeth through the short term.
