Unfortunately, my back is killing me for some reason. I've spent most of my day in bed. Trying to make dinner now- the ham is cooking, the scalloped potatoes are also in the oven and Tim's going to make the asparagus for us. We have hollandaise sauce left over from this morning's Eggs Benedict, so that's a treat.
The only thing left to do is put the apple pie in the oven after the ham/potatoes are done. I'm betting I'll be having my dessert in bed but at least we'll have a tasty meal. 30 minutes until I can take my night meds- woo-hoo!

sandy you dinner sounds great. we had Turkey again since that was what I had in the freezer. I went and layed down around 1:30 pm and slept till 5 so I guess everything did me in today. Terry cooked the turkey and my other son and kids pitched in and cooked the rest. while I slept. ..
