Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
You may have been moving your body in ways that you are not used to, now that you are taking care of the little ones... and mama.
I puppies and DOGS!
Motherhood hurts! Hope they are all doing well. It's a big chore, I love dogs too.
Heating pads, and hot baths for sore muscles. But if it gets worse talk to your doctor.
Hugs. -RJ
I think you nailed it when you said you're picking the puppies up...and down...and going up...and down... the stairs more. I think your back is trying to tell you to stop it! Be sure to bend with your knees when you are picking them up....or down.
I don't know what the solution is to going up and down the stairs.
Sorry I don't know more to add but I do hope you feel better soon!
