Chronic Pain Support Group
Physicians and professionalsdefine pain as chronic if it lasts longer than three to six months and is persistent. It's distinct from acute pain that is a direct result of injury or trauma. This support group is dedicated to those suffering from chronic pain. Discuss treatments that have worked for you, find advice for your specific experience, and find support. You're not...
I really hope you feel a bit better today. Feel free to message me at any time.

i slept until 4 on sat. husband was on duty.
a surprise! husband got sunday off. i slept until 5.
i slept. i do this embarrassing task every weekend. it looks awful. husband wont talk to his family about it. i tell mine, happily. i slept. it's 5 i just got out of bed. i did it! no noise penetrated. i just slept. and god, it was so good.
i couldn't do monday without this. most weeks i couldn't do sunday afternoon without it.
we got a grandslam. 2 days off for jon. 2 days asleep for me. i know it doesn't sound fair. it's fair if you have no sleep, it's fair if you are the stay at home parent. it's fair if you are disabled. it's fair if you have lifelong insomnia.
it's just fine. i can't do the dishes, just the laundry.
we all have our strengths and weaknesses. mine is sleep.
i am not ashamed of how little i can do.
I wish you some relief and hope that you get it sometime soon. I wish that for all of us. I really wish there were more I could say, or say something that would help. But at least I can show you I know what it's like and you're not alone.
