I don't even know how to start up a virus, by the way. I have gotten a virus, but I have never started one before. Oh! I should have typed some sentences. At least, that one person, the third person to respond, had gotten it right. (hmmm) I do want to raise more awareness about interstitial cystitis. In fact, I have done some of that by now. I am good at typing sentences and making regular posts, but I was in much pain from degenerative disc disease and did not feel like doing much of anything. In fact, I did good to make it to physical therapy at all. I fell in the bathroom after I got back. Oh! I fell at a restaurant where I went to eat with some family members as well. I walk with a cane, but I don't know when I had fallen last.(until today) I have had some days lately where I just rubbed down with something similiar to Bengay and got by.(maybe heating pad first of all) Yep! I do know IC is considered to be a chronic pain condition for most people that have it; therefore, I was thinking there could be some IC'ers on the Chronic Pain Support Group. Actually, I never went to see the urologist complaining of pain, but I became a chronic pain person due to DDD. In fact, I have had an Ibuprofen, an Advil Liguid Gel, and heating pad, but I am still in more pain that I was 24 or 48 hours ago. Geez! I usually wake up hurting more than I did once I got in bed. What a bummer! By the way, we are gonna have September as IC Awareness Month. OK. I have proved it is not hard for me to type a regular post by now. Typing isn't makimg me feel any better now. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired.(and wish I could still work some more) (and not tired as much) OK. I will let that be all now.
