I have a hard time just moving some days, especially lately. Have you thought of trying to soak in an warm epsom salts bath? Sometimes that helps and it is soothing.
I hope you get the help and meds you need.

Yes, it is hard to find pain docs who accept Medicaid and other docs generally do not Rx pain meds. I completely agree with Tipper that you may need to drive. Wherever the good ones are, you must go!
I see that you are only 21. What are you doing as far as school and / or work? Upgrading your insurance to a group plan would increase your options. I wish it wasn't this way, but we don't live in a country with nationalized guaranteed health insurance, unfortunately.
In addition to pain meds, I have been greatly helped by yoga, massage, and other modalities.
I look forward to getting to know you!
I know how it feels to be sick and tired of being in pain. It really does get old quick. Please keep us up to date on your search for a new doctor and reasonable pain meds.
