So my total hysterectomy went well, healing has gone pretty smoothly, thank goodness! Still have some tenderness at the 3 incision sites, but nothing I can't handle. My pathology stated I had:

uterus with secondary endometrium
focal adenomyosis
mild chronic cervicitis
bilateral fallopian tubes with benign paratubal cysts

My sciatic pain is still here... just not ready to go back to the PM doctor yet. I'm so over this medical shit! I will have to call soon, because I refuse to be in such pain while I'm on vacation next month... I'll see if he'll do another injection in my piriformis muscle.

I'm finally off ALL my narcotics, and really any prescribed medication. I've been taking herbal supplements, using my heating pad, and just dealing with shit. I feel much happier, happier than I've been in a long time, even despite the pain.

I go for my post op July 24th to make sure all my hysto surgery healed good. So I will try and make a PM appt that day if possible to get my butt muscle injection.
