Just wondering if anyone else is REALLY sensitive to even tiny changes in their posture? For eg, we went out for supper last night, and the floor was (a little slanted)! Just a little, but there was a definate upward slope, and as a result my posture was just the tiniest bit "off". Not hugely- but enough so that I was quite sore afterward. It's not just sloping floors, but also things like I HAVE to sit in a good chair (one that is hard, flat etc). I can only dream of sitting on couches (not enough support etc), and public transit is a nightmare for the same reason. I even have trouble going to the hair dress, because I can't sit in their chairs (they tilt a little back and don't have any back support- as well as the fact that I can't handle people pulling hard on my hair as it jars my neck). Does anyone else deal with this problem? How on earth do I deal with this? Should I have left the restaurant when I noticed I was getting sore? (I just might have asked for our food to be wrapped up if it had been just my hubby and me- but we were also with a friend, and I didn't feel comfortable doing that...)

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
