Welcome Tomboy. Do you know your stage and other info? I figure it never hurts to question the doctors. My first oncologist sucked at sharing and was ready to start talking chemo when my counts were only 28. Over eight years later my counts are around 22. Get your sunshine, vitamin D, and enjoy those positive vibes.

I haven’t been told of my stage level, I will ask. I also am on a watch and wait so I was thinking it to be zero.
I watched my sister move through all of her stages but she was so involved with our mom she didn’t seem to be sick, Looking back I was in denial with her diagnosis too. I try to live in the good vibe zone. Right now bronchitis and possible kidney stones time will tell how long to get better, I plow snow and shovel have a little landscaping business. So I have to be in the weather.

I get kidney stones - they have been much more of a problem than the CLL! Yes, you probably are stage zero then. You might not have the same type as your sister. I worry a bit that my immune system might be affected, but the doctor says not really, not yet anyway. I live with a couple of small grandchildren who bring home all sorts of viruses, but although I do catch them, I don't seem any worse than the rest of the household. Being outside is good for you, I"m sure, but take vitamin D too. People on this site could tell you I am a nag about it, but my oncologist agrees it does help.
