This is something that is on my list of questions for my follow-up visit next week. Curerntly, the only supplements I take are calcium and vitamin d (just the over-the-counter ones with the amounts that my primary care doctor recommended).
It's hard to know exactly what to do with all of the different things you read online. I know that I want to do everything I can to prevent the progression, but I want to be smart, too.
