Now that is dealt with, I'll make a comment on another part of your post: broken sleep can often be treated if you know the cause. Have you ever done a sleep study, or is this a new thing for you?
Oh, and please remember even though they've cleared you once, if your symptoms get worse or change worryingly, you can go back again.
If they did a cardiogram and sent you home without blood work or anything else it seems that they were either inept in diagnosing, or treating it as anxiety! At any rate it would be good to know that your heart is OK, and that anxiety is what caused the speeding heart rate.
This illness is so whacky, that sometimes we get symptoms and automatically assume every one is CFS related. Sometimes there are other things at play.
I hope you can see your CFS doctor, or primary care and let him know about all of this stuff. You need a full work up.
