omg... HOW do people work with this horrible condition? I am able to work about 20 hours a week now.... but I am now making too much money according to our insurance plan which is subsidized by the government.... so I will in other words pay $1200 for insurance a month instead of $114 if I keep working.... i teach Chinese kids online. I have had an ESL certification for twenty years. This job is awesome. BUT.... I am about to hit my cut off for how much I can earn for the year....

let me bounce this idea off of you...
My hubby does not like to travel. He works constantly... even through his vacation days ... and complains about other ppl that take off work. He is also chained to this town that we live in... Seriously... I love the man dearly but our small town is not that scenic... LoL...
My husband never leaves town.... in fact he drove 45 miles down the road to pick his mother up at his uncle's house and stopped to buy gas and his bank called .... raising questions on why his credit card was being used out of the "ordinary"... NO JOKE.
This is what I am thinking... I would like to house sit... there is actually a website that links sitters up with ppl going out of state/ country and they do not pay you. You get the benefit of being in a place RENT free and enjoying the sights and scenes. One of my daughters lives in Denver.. and I was thinking that it would be great to do house sitting jobs this summer in the Rocky Mountains.... 1 or 2 weeks at a time.
That way I could get out of town and there would be basically no physical work involved other than watering plants and feeding the pets.
It sounds awesome... I could try it for a summer.... get myself out of town.... get all the rest I need.... do it without paying hotel bills... and be closer to my daughter. It sounds ideal to me. I am winding down my tutoring job here fairly soon.... I have made all the money that insurance will allow almost....

The house sitting idea sounds like a good one for sure. I have met other people who frequently engage in it here in Australia and overseas. Yep..I say go for it.
You were asking how one works with this horrible illness. I personally struggle. I basically go to work sick..weak and dizzy. I try to manage 3 days a week, but often miss a whole week when I totally crash. I am sitting the majority of time. I need to be running an online business, but I do appreciate the contact with people from all over the globe. Good luck and hoping you taken the home sitters plunge. Kind regards.
