I had a good week. Went to see my doctor who increased one of my medications and now my brain is working better, which is like a miracle. She always weighs me, I thought I had gained but I was exactly the same, which was very good news. However, took my most precious little dog to the vet, she has arthritis in her back and has heart problems. We will do a cardiac workup next week.

I was at my doctor this week also and will be tweeting my meds also. I am going to try the new one after Thanksgiving in case in gives me unpleasant side effects. We got a lot of snow in the last 24 hours, so I'm dealing with extra symptoms because of the shift in the weather, but nothing I can't deal with.

Lindasch - I'm sorry to hear your little dog is not feeling well. I definitely get anxious when one of my dogs has a health issue.

My week was good! I got out of the house a few times. I made it to GriefShare (my hubby recently passed away) and it was good fellowship! I also made it to Walmart to get new sneakers!! How awesome is THAT! Comfy shoes!! Oh yea!!!

Going to find Thanksgiving difficult without my husband, but looking forward to spending it with my family and just loving the memories of my sweet man!! It'll be ok! xo

I am struggling because I am worried about my husbands health issues. (If you are a friend, I have written more details in a recent journal.) I am afraid that he might need me to more of a caregiver in the future. How does one do that when as a person with CFS/ME I need care and support?

Monday morning greetings from Cairns.My week was much better and I managed to work a couple of days in my tourist shop.Last night I had a good natural sleep and lots of vivid dreams. So today I am up and on the move and heading out.I know I will probably only hold up for half of the day but I will take that happily. Love and gratitude.xo

Another late check-in because my computer's still down. Got paid today though, so am at the library, researching somewhere to get it fixed, since the place I used to take my computers to closed down. Still struggling.

I had a good week. I turned 40, which meant lots of people got in touch, which made me feel less isolated. Got used to the Atkins diet and lost 3lbs, and a lot of other chronic health issues are getting sorted due to finally having a good doctor. about to order my voice recognition software and take the rather terrifying plunge into writing.

Did well this last week. Drove 3 hours round trip to pick up my grandsons' new puppy, a pekeneses, her name is Cookie. I didn't seem to have any repercussions from the drive so I am good there. I was happy about that.

Lindasch, my doggie has heart problems & they can do so much to keep them comfortable. She is on three meds & seems to be really okay with her life. Dogs live in the moment & we just try to make her moments content & happy. I hope your pup is okay & has a really long life.
