Do you keep track of what you're eating? I know sometimes I get hit with some really strong and bizarre symptoms and wonder what the heck's going on and then I think back over the last couple of days and think of what I've eaten and suddenly the light bulb will come on over my head.......oh yeah.....I ate at a new restaurant that I assumed had fresh food but I guess not cuz look at me now? I bet there was MSG in that there chow mein. Lesson learned.
This all just sucks so bad.......I'm sorry those symptoms are getting stronger, maybe there's something else going on that is making them worse......like the onset of a cold or something? Have you had your heart checked out? I started having a lot more cardiac symptoms and went to my regular Dr. and she did an EKG, turns out I now have something called tri-geminal rythym, means every third beat feels like it's right on top of the last one. She says it's not dangerous, it just makes me feel like jumping out my skin. So maybe it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.
I know all this chatter is probably useless........I'm kind of in despair right now and just wanted to reach out. Let you know you're not alone.
Hugs and sympathy,
Genie
