I follow his Facebook posts and have signed up for his e-mail mail shots ( it's free ). He seems to support the clean living type method I.e. Pacing, being kind to ourselves, good diet, gentle exercise typ of stuff.
He seems a genuinely nice guy that wants to try to help others out there, although I wouldn't sign up for his intensive course. No amount of money thrown at this is going to suddenly have me running around leading a normal life.
I think a lot of the stuff he promotes is just good common sense really !
