Just wondering if anyone here gets there T cells tested such as your CD4, CD8, and a test called a CD57
Basically the normal CD4 count is 500-1500 last time I had mine done was around 1100
CD8 cells are your suppressor cells which should be around 150-1000. Now with CFS patients this number usually shows up elevated due to the imflammation we are dealing with because we are fighting off a bacteria or virus that may be causing our symptoms for CFS
CD57 tests our Natural killer cells, which recognize and destroy abnormal or infected cells.within range should be 60-360
This test more so is now from what ive studied is used for testing chronic Lyme disease.
Any thought or input on this matter would be greatly appreciated

I do know that the CD57 is a test that some doctors use for Lyme alos when they rhink you have had it for a while. There are certain markers in Lyme patients that only Lyme patients have. This is a very cruel and can be debilitaiting diseaase.
It has taken away my job, my energy and my zest for life that I use to have, I really do not have a life out side of taking meds and seeing doctors. I do know that if it is Lyme you will need to see a LLMD (Lyme Literated MD) because regulare doctors do not know what they are talknig about even if they say they do.
Plus there are co-infections that go along with the Lyme that need to be treated first. I had already been on a 3 year stent of antibiotics that did nothing because the doctor didn't treat the co-infection first. This is a very confusing and complex disase. I wish you luck.
