Take care :)
I keep getting dressed in comfortable "Saturday " clothes every day trying to keep fighting for my dignity. Somedays it's not until almost noon but that's rare.
I don't feel like I've knowingly done anything that would warrant such symptoms. I'm just the typical American and haven't smoked, drink, illicit drugs or relations. to bring on anything that I'm aware of.
Sometimes we have to go into the doctors office and tell the doctor that with all the symptoms and negative test results that YOU BELIEVE that you have CFS/ME. Let them know that you are educated about it. Very often, the doctor doesn't know about CFS. YOU know if more than they do!
Hang in there! Pace, don't push. See the new doctor.
I pray that you will find help soon! In the meantime, you have found good support, right here. We know how sick you are!
Big hugs! xox
you also to check out the naturopath. (why spell check keeps faulting me on this spelling, I
do not know). Anyway, that's who diagnosed my CFS and helped me with other things besides.
Like, anything else, they're not all created equal. So I hope you get a good one. .
