Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Support Group
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) describes a sense of exhaustion and post-exertion malaise, even when you have gotten enough rest and sleep. The disease is characterized by six months of incapacitating fatigue experienced as profound exhaustion and extremely poor stamina, and problems with concentration and short-term memory. The cause is unknown, but it is a...
The answer to your question is surprisingly difficult for me.
What I now realize, it seems to me, is that there are 2 issues, an energy production issue and a pain issue. My intuition tells me both are related to the same cause. OR, it could be that the energy production issue is the cause of the pain.
However, while I feel better, I can just tell somehow that I'm not totally healthy, just not as energetic as I was in the years before I became ill. And yet, by just taking this pain away, that alone has given me more "bandwidth" to do more things. Make sense?
I.e., doing a little cleaning around the house used to be actually painful, and I was suffering from a lack of energy production. But if you address the pain, and take that away, it makes it at least a little bit easier to to that thing.
I hope that answers your question.
And Nina1959, please keep me posted, I'd like to know how it works for you! I have seen a lot of good, reputable sellers online that sell pills as well, maybe those are an option.
That in and of itself is huge. I experienced more fatigue in general than
anything else. About eight months ago I was given some CBD oils to try.
There was one for night/sleep, the Big Chill rather descriptive name which
did apply. I slept very well with it. The one for morning however, put me
into such a 'spin' that I had to lay down and just hope I'd come out of it without having to call the paramedics. There was no doubt some traces of THC still in there, or I was just overly sensitive. Many people I know have benefited from taking the oils. If anyone wishes to PM me I do have the name of the distributor on FB who has had very good success with them. and whom I would be glad to recommend.
Other than that, I have not had any adverse reaction to any of the oil I've taken, and definitely haven't felt any "high"...which I shouldn't, since I'm buying a non-THC oil. ~~
