I'm totally in agreement with you that being focused on the positive things in life, and not letting all the negative things we encounter drag us down is a great idea. I want to have the best life I can, no matter what is going wrong. My medical professionals all comment on my positive attitude, and that makes me glad to know my decision to enjoy what i can in life, and learn to cope with the rest is working for me. I have bad days, of course, but I don't let them go on too long as far as my emotions are concerned.
