Sometimes people on here will write long posts and if they don't have breaks for paragraphs, etc. I lose my ability to focus and start skimming.
I need to revise and edit. I was hoping people here would be more responsive but then I remembered that so many struggle with reading.

Sometimes I have to read things over and over but I close my eyes for a while and then open them and try again and again. Reading is my escape from this illness and my contact with the world.
Some people simply cannot concentrate. My heart breaks for them. I know something of what that feels like, but not long term. I feel blessed. I can't imagine a life without books.
