Rapid Cycling Symptoms

I have been in a bad two month relapse with 5 or more constant intense symptoms, which can change within 30seconds, 3 minutes, 5 minutes ,half an hour or an hour. It is prob one of the more intense and crazy relapses I've had in a while. Examples of symptoms include heavy chills and burning fever, dizziness on changing a position, limb weakness, etc.
Emotionally can mean depression to annoyance to rage back to rationality. This week I've had sudden sever nausea after sm bites of neutral food, heat stroke and nausea/weakness after 3 sips of herbal tea on a freezing day! Am I some kind of kooky extreme case of CFS?
Diagnosis is ME/FM and (self diagnosed )POTS for about 20 years.

Well... all those symptoms are mentioned in the ME/CFS Canadian Consensus Criteria paper (except for nausea and heat stroke, of course. But "rapid cycling" as you experience I've never heard of. Curious. What a wild and wacky disease this thing is!

I'm concerned that you may be ill on top of having cfs. That has brought about odd/worse symptoms in me.

It's hard to tell if you're coming down with something with cfs. I mean, we are tired all the time anyway, how are we supposed to tell?

I'm so sensitive to even small changes in temperature(in the house, outside, or in a car) that I can have some wild fluctuations including dizziness(which can cause nausea), some mood changes, etc. When I recognize it, I try to adjust the temperature of my environment: put on a sweater, take off a sweater, open a window, turn the heat up. It can be a very small difference in temps to cause this. I do feel symptoms easing up within 30 - 60 minutes of making the correction, though. Not sure if this is what affecting you, but wanted to share my experience.
