Unfortunately, the best thing you can do for your condition is to stop working. All the supplements in the world will not help if your activity level is too high.
Diet is important as certain foods and drink will make some symptoms worse. Educate yourself on this illness. That's the best way to learn what your specific needs are and where to start. I found Dr. Jacob Teitelbaum's book "From Fatigued to Fantastic" very helpful in determining which supplements to try based on symptoms. One at a time for a few months to see if there's any benefit. It does take quite a while to find what works best for you but it can be very beneficial in improving your quality of life.
