Hi all
Yesterday morning I woke to an intense pain in the left side of the base of my head (between neck and base of skull). The pain lasted for about an hour but got less intense in that hour.
I figured I just slept funny but then this morning the same type of pain but not as intense at all, happened on the other side.

Does anyone else get this?
I have not been diagnosed with Fibro just ME/CFS.
Please tell me its not the start of Fibro.

I have terrible neck pain. I hate to say it, but for me it is fibro.

I get that when I am dehydrated/my liver is struggling/ I am low in magnesium. Try a rehydration mix of a pinch of salt, drop of honey and dash of lemon juice mixed with an inch of boiling water and the rest cold.

I had acupuncture and a massage yesterday, to be honest I think it just made my shoulders hurt, but felt good at the time.
Thanks for the rehydration mix unfortunately I have developed many food intolerances thanks to this wonderful illness so the only ingredient I could have is salt and water.
I eat lots of salt as it flavours my bland food and I have magnesium added to my water bottle everyday.
