Trying to talk to the people around you who really don't understand what you're going through is tough. So is the feelings of isolation. Just know that there are people here who do understand how you feel. I want my life back too, but have come to accept that for now, at least this is what it will be.
I still hold hope that all the new research that's going on will lead to an effective treatment though. Hang in there.
This crazy violent world energy may not be the cause of what you're feeling, but it may be exacerbating it. For us CFS'ers, our nervous systems are already hypersensitive, so any additional stress can tip us over.
For me, it feels like too much voltage is running through my nervous system, causing excess adrenaline, fight or flight responses, and a general feeling of anger, irritability, stress and overwhelm beyond the norm.

Are you in counseling? Are u a child of an alcoholic? Al Anon has really given me coping skills bc I have alcoholism in a sibling.
Are you doing stretches / yoga?
Are you taking vitamins ? B vitamins are very good for stress.
Are you seeking any kind of professional help from a doctor?
Some of the best things you can do is take any action you can against disease in your mind, body and soul.
