I watched this documentary on Sat evening with hubby. Jen's case of ME is like mine in the beginning but I've evened out some. I did very much like her explanation of her energy as being like a battery that only charges up to about 30%. I like that more than the spoon analogy as it's more readily understandable to even a kid these days. Hubby picked up on it quickly. Yesterday he asked me several times "where's your battery at?" when he'd never asked me how many spoons I have left. There is a portion where Dr Nancy Klimas explains our mitochodrial disfunction. I'm looking for that chart online because it was perfection in helping people understand our illness. If I find it I will post it. Unrest is available now on Amazon video and will be available at least in the US in December. hugs to all, overdid yesterday, off to "recharge"

I watched the trailor. Very good.

Jennifer starated out a few years ago, when she first became ill, with starting a documentary called "Canary in a Coal mine" I don't know what became of that effort but she pushed onward and still got the CFS/ME movie out there.

Looking forward to seeing It!
