May I ask where you heard of this? I do find it interesting. I researched HP after reading your post and did find a zillion uses for H2O2, but not anywhere did it mention that it could safely be used in IV preparation!!

I've heard of hydrogen peroxide being touted as a cure-all. I knew someone who kept badgering me to try drinking food-grade H2O2.

My opinion...it's a potentially dangerous fad that's not sanctioned by reputable doctors or pharmacists. Raising the oxygen levels in the blood can trigger pH imbalances that could be fatal. Don't mess around with the human body without the knowledge to know what might happen.

I know how desperate many of us are...I know that all too well. But don't grasp at straws that could potentially cause serious harm.

i went to the schachter center for complementary medicine in NY
they did the IVs . you can probably read about it on their website.they helped for awhile but then i crashed because i felt so good. it was kind of a false hope . they were time consuming and expensive. my insurance covered some. i heard about the H202 water too, i heard it doesnt taste so good. just wondering if anyone out there tried it. thanks for replying. :o)

Mm. Interesting. I think I know what you mean about something making you feel well enough to push past the fatigue and then crashing later from having done too much. That's a pretty discouraging, isn't it? Thanks for bringing it up. It's on my radar now so I can keep looking at the information. I don't have good insurance, so I doubt I will have the chance to do it. But, I do like knowing about things. Much love.

I think I may be dumb but I thought hydrogen peroxide was bleach? Im sure I used to use it diluted through my hair in my teenage years ?

I have never heard of it, but it sounds horrible. I thought it was bleach too! I would be very careful.

seriously it did help a little bit. i asked my other doctors if i can try it & they also said it helped in the holistic field. but its definately very time consuming & expensive. my insurance covered 75 percent of it. thats the only reason i tried it along with many other so called cure all treatments. they use it for the epstein barr virus too, just like b12 shots

Interesting. I've pushed myself with Ritalin, but now when I take it, I'm careful not to go past my envelop.

Hello Lori, Ok. I had a couple of these about 15 years ago
when I began some CFS treatments. At that time, I was
taking sooo many supplements and a few other Vitamin IV's that
I couldn't really say what was doing what. I don't recall my
insurance paying for any of that. Am not sure what H2O2 water
is. I have heard of ozonated water.
