Like many people here, I understand how CFS can change your life. I've had CFS for 12 years and most of the time it was very difficult to deal with limitations that suffering from CFS brings.
It helps me to talk to people with same medical condition who understand what I'm going through. So, I'm here if you want to talk.

welcome to "Daily Strength" and this group. I am sure you will find friends, support and encouragement from the others who are here for the same reason.
I have had Fibromialgia for three years and CFS for more than a year now. I also started the pain and heavyness in my legs few weeks ago. I have found that my pain was half gone since I talked and shared my experience with people here. I am glad I joined the group. Good luck!

I have had CFS for years I think, but just finally got diagnosed 2 years ago. This is a great place to belong. We are glad to have you join our group of warriors. I say warriors because we are all fighting this crazy disease. Lots of battles, and we win some of the time. Like good fighters we will win this war someday, I hope and pray. GB, Rick
