Don't lose hope and know that you are not alone and people genuinely care that are suffering.

Love and blessings and prayers for healing to you.

I understand the challenges u have as I face them myself alone
My own way of doing things is to give thanks for every positive thing in my life.
I cry out to the unknown [to God, Jesus, actually] bc thats all thats left a help for healing; in even the tiniest ways, I find something has been answered, or a blessed path to take in medication/herbs even
I havent taken the covid vaccine bc I had a bad reaction to a flu vac years ago. I have decided to wait till the better weather before taking it. I do hope you have understanding people around u who can give you empathy and the sensitivity to your needs....please stay positive of things improving; when one door closes another opens. Try to hand house issues to a friend/family, whatever, dont worry.
You are a carer, but you need some me-time; this can be a place for inner growth and strength; we get deeper in character thru adversity; when we /you ! get to the end of the tunnel we can then help others; set your hope on the light ahead! Strength, wholeness, healing, love and light be upon u today and always
