fatique days

  My bad fatique days are Saturdays, Monday and Wednesdays.   Saturdays aren't bad...Wednesdays are terrible.  This schedue has been in effect for several months.  Its nice to beable to plan around this stuff...just wondering if anyone else is on a consistent schedule

My bad days have always been based around what I've been doing - in other words, reactions to overdoing things a day or two before. Other than that, picking up a bug, however mild, can knock me around.

Never on a schedule. More like coat. Or, it depends on what the weather is like.

I just completed a book called "The Fatigue and fibromyalgia Solution" by Jacob Teitelbaum and it offers enormous information regarding the multiple sources of CFS and treatments most doctors would never come up with. I'm getting positive results with the usage of one supplement he recommended. Book cost me $5 Absolutely worth it.

Cool beans, Lindydindy, about the supplement. Is it still helping? And what is this supplement?
BTW, I'm exhausted to a debilitated level every day. My bad days (worse days) are usually the day after I go to the store or cook a meal or take a 5 minute walk. Any expenditure.
A good day is when I can cook both a protein AND a vegetable - and its not canned soup!
A good day is when I don't feel guilty for sitting on the sofa.
