If somebody asked me what CFS felt like, I would tell them it feels like the six weeks that I had mono is college! I recovered from it, but at the age of 57 (actually it was coming for years, just nobody knew what it was) I got the diagnosis of CFS.
I think most of us feel as though we have the flu during a crash. I never have a fever. I FEEL LIKE IT though. I feel very weak, sick, swollen glands almost all the time, sore throat, almost all the time. Exhaustion, stomach problems, food allergies, headaches!! UGH!!
So no, my CFS does not give me a fever during or in between crashes. My blood presure is very low as well, so I'm dizzy too!!
CFS is a real challenge, and I'm sure many people actually DO have a fever. I, however, seem to have everything BUT! ICK!!

yes i do agree the symptoms are never ending & i get more & more each year i feel.
i just take one day at a time. thats all you can do.
