I don't think it's just people with ME/CFS who have trouble explaining their symptoms to others. The average person has very little understanding of serious, chronic illness in general. What's even more disappointing to me is that many doctors are no better.
that you're experiencing these 'dull aches" in your arms
and legs. Yes. I've had those. Some days especially in the
mornings my whole body especially the joints and muscles will be
achey and tired. Even after a total night's sleep. I'll kind of hobble
around and feel like a hundred yrs. old. even hunched over.
Luckily, it's been several months since this has happened.
With me, it comes and goes, but sometimes more in the winter
months. I'm working on getting toxins out and cleaning up the
diet. I sometimes think it may be related to that.
Yes. Wouldn't that be nice. Definitive markers. Let's
hope that day is coming and let's hope it will be soon.
I know it's CFS when my arms feel too heavy to lift or I need help rolling over in bed. I can get the first leg into the car, I think because I'm standing so I don't have to pick it up too high and gravity helps. But I always have to pick up the second leg. Right or left it doesn't matter the second leg needs help.
My head often feels too heavy to hold itself up. Must be all those brains in there LOL
We all hate this illness and pray for a treatment.
