As for weight gain, I noticed it in the early going, which told me it was time to get serious about weight losing. Within days, I'd cut back on sodas, no more junk fool (except for the ones with high nutritional content), afternoon snacks are a cup of coffee with milk and Splenda, I've lost 25 lbs since March 2007, a great relief.
