But you should definitely report it to your doctor, write it down now - so you don't forget how bad it was. It may have been an anxiety attack, they are horrible all by themselves, but better to get this in your record in case you ever have to file disability.

You are in a very stressful situation with your job, and worried about your income. That's really HIGH on the stress schedule.....where your next meal is coming from.
I'm so sorry you are having to deal with this!!! Hopefully, your boss will understand your situation and cut you some slack.
Good on you for trying to work and take care of yourself. I am unable to work with my CFS. It has me housebound too much. I'm on disability. I do hope that you can settle your nerves and get some much needed cooperation from your employer.
I would still mention to my doctor that I had this nausea, dizzy episode. We need to be honest with our healthcare providers. You may need a mild tranquilizer for a while to get you through this stressful time.
