I like to go to the desert cooking isle and get a bag of the dark chocolate chips and eat a small handful a day. There are other things worse than chocolate for CFS. Just eat in moderation. There is also good articles about it in WebMD. I gave up cigarettes 5 yrs ago. But if you try and take my coffee or my occasional passion for chocolate away I might get really cranky! :) Yes, I know caffeine is bad for CFS but I try and weight the good with the bad.
