coarse I wouldn't complain if it did. ha, ha. I've also cut back on grains. Like many on here, I
also struggled with acid reflex and digestive issues. I'm still taking enzymes and probiotics and
the change has been very positive. Generally, I feel much better though the fatigue is still

See a nutritionist. Try the elimination diets to check for food sensitivities. Eat as much natural, organic, raw or whole food as you can. I learned that for me, tomatoes are my enemy, processed foods sap my energy, and that I need more salt, nuts, magnesium and green veggies than most people.
