I think we all go through bad spots and good spots to some extent. Is it possible you are under some kind of emotional stress? That makes me go downhill every time.
Be patient, things can turn around. Don't give in to hopelessness. It may take long time, but things can get better. Try to get adequate rest and eat nourishing food, too. Most of us find that helps.
